It has gel suction cup so the mount does not fall off the windshield. It can be moved to almost any angle. The part that holds your device turns 360 degrees and can be angled down or up/ left or right. It has a glossy black finish and partially has a black matte finish. When the mount is on my windshield installed it takes me 2 seconds to put my iPhone 5 in it. My iPhone 5 has a battery case on it and it work with the mount with no problems. This mount is very sleek and small and is great for holding your smartphone for navigating. The gel pad should be washed with warm water to restore original condition so it becomes tacky again. No residue is left behind after uninstalling the mount. I really like this mount and will be using it when I travel for holding my iPhone for navigation.
Overall, this windshield mount is great and I enjoy using it. I recommend this car mount to anyone looking for a solution to hold their smartphone up on their windshield.
